Congratulations to Carmen Castro, who was selected as Team Member of the Month for April. Carmen began working at Sirloin in October 2016 and is responsible for cold prep and attending the hot bar. Her favorite foods are our fried fish on the buffet. In her free time, Carmen enjoys shopping and spending time with family and friends.
