4. Wellness and temperature checks are performed on all employees prior to each shift.
5. Team Members will wear face masks and gloves. Face masks are required for guests when away from their table.
6. The Buffet will be served to you by a Team Member. All Sirloin Stockade Team Members have completed their Serve-Safe Food Handling  Certifications.
7. Floor decals indicate 6-foot distances.
8. Hand sanitizer stations and gloves are placed at the entrance and throughout the restaurant to all guests who desire to use them.

Emeline began with Sirloin Stockade in 1996 and continued until 1998. She then returned in 2009 has worked for us for the past 8 years. In 2013, she graduated from MSU with a degree in Middle school Education and now teaches 8th grade math at Mayfield Middle School. Emeline continues to work at Sirloin on the weekends.

Travis has been with the Sirloin family for almost a year and was a monthly winner this past September. He attends Calloway County High School and in his spare time, he enjoys fishing and hunting.

Francisca also joined the Sirloin family nearly a year ago and was a monthly winner this past August. She enjoys exercising and spending time with her 4 children in our local parks.

As most of you know, we have been in the process of remodeling Sirloin Stockade. These updates include brand new bathrooms, an expanded kitchen and a separate entrance for carry-out pickup and buffet-to-go orders.

As we are nearing the end phase, we will need to close the restaurant so the contractor can complete the final steps. Tentatively, this is scheduled as follows:

January 17th: open from 11 am - 4 pm
January 18th - 24th: closed
January 25th: reopen at 11 am

Because of the closure, we are extending the Bonus Cards expiration dates to March 7, 2016. We appreciate your patience and understanding and hope you are as excited as we are about the changes. Stay tuned to our Facebook page for updates!

Exciting things are happening at Sirloin Stockade! You may have noticed the construction activity taking place on the south side of the building. In order to better serve you, we are beginning the process of expanding our kitchen, building brand new bathrooms and adding a separate entrance for order pickup and catering scheduling. Lucas has been a Sirloin Stockade team member since May 2012 and loves our BLT sandwiches. He is a member of Eastwood Baptist Church where he volunteers as an audio technician. In his spare time he collects and restores antique tractors. He is currently restoring his antique truck and hopes to pursue a career in diesel mechanics.

Owners Adam and Lisa Carver recently attended the annual Stockade Companies franchise convention in Clearwater, Florida where they received the 2013 award for Operator of the Year for the Murray, KY restaurant. The award was presented by Bill Longino, Director of Operations.

Sirloin Stockade recently enjoyed a visit from WATCH, Inc. This excellent organization provides adult day training, vocational rehabilitation and job placement for developmentally disabled adults. 

The students, along with their instructor Jodie McCall, came to observe and learn about opening procedures for our restaurant and then enjoyed lunch afterwards. We appreciated the opportunity to host this very fine group and commend both the staff and the students for their wonderful work!

Darien has been with Sirloin Stockade since November 2011 and loves our Grilled Chicken with Baked Potato. She graduated in May from Calloway County High School and plans on attending Murray State in the fall to pursue a career in Physical Therapy.

Congratulations to Dalia Ochoa, our Team Member of the Month for April!

Dalia has been with Sirloin Stockade for 2 years. She moved to Murray in 2011 from Sonora, Mexico and is proud of obtaining her U.S. citizenship in 2012. She began working at Sirloin that same year and has since become proficient in many areas of the restaurant. She was also chosen as our Team Member of the Month for August of 2012.

Dalia loves our Sirloin Tips with mozzarella cheese and our Grilled Chicken with Ancho seasoning. In her spare time, she enjoys home decorating and spending time with her boyfriend, J.T. Be sure to congratulate her the next time you stop by!

The Murray Half Marathon was a great success! It was well-organized, a lot of fun and the weather was absolutely gorgeous in Murray, Kentucky!

Congratulations to Katrina Shanklin, Sirloin Stockade's March Team Member of the Month!

Katrina has worked for Sirloin as a server for 18 years. She enjoys getting to know her senior guests and spending time with them. Her favorite menu item is our catfish and BBQ. Katrina has been married 30 years to Jeff and in her spare time she enjoys gardening and spending time with her cat.

We appreciate her commitment to Sirloin Stockade and the invaluable service that she provides to our guests. Thank you Katrina for a wonderful 18 years!

We had a great turnout and a lot of fun yesterday at the Run4Another race in Murray, Kentucky and are very proud that we had 27 Sirloin Stockade team members participating!

Congratulations to Heather Kelso, who placed 1st in the 36-40 bracket and to Sumer Starks, Whitney Carver, Alex Sharpe and Ashton Paschall, the top four finishers in the 18-24 bracket. And a special shout-out to Zaylie Kelso, daughter of Heather, who completed her very first 5K and came in second in her age bracket.

Congratulations to Brooke Kearney, Sirloin Stockade's February Team Member of the Month. 

Brooke began working for Sirloin as a cashier in July of 2013.  She is from Trigg County and is currently a student at Murray State University majoring in Occupational Safety & Health.  She is an active member of ASSE and will be serving as Vice President next semester.

In her free time, Brooke enjoys playing intramural basketball, working out and attending church. Her favorite Sirloin menu item is Grilled Chicken with Vegetable Medley.

Brooke's selection for this month was based on her outstanding customer service and her attention to details. Thank you Brooke - we appreciate all that you do!

Twenty years ago on February 1st, Sirloin Stockade in Murray opened the doors under new ownership of Adam and Lisa Carver. We are pleased to announce that Seth Camp has been selected as January's Team Member of the Month! Seth is a graduate of Calloway County High School and began working at Sirloin Stockade in June of 2012, during his senior year. In addition to his evening work for Sirloin, Seth also helps his father with farm work during the day. During his spare time, he enjoys hunting and sports.

We are very proud of him for his hard work and dedication to his father and to us. We feel certain this young man has a great future in store for him. Thank you Seth - we appreciate all that you do!
